The Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations will serve as the chief fundraiser, alumni relations leader and head of marketing and communications for the college. The Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations is responsible for understanding the mission, needs and value proposition of the college in order to strategically engage and gain support from a variety of constituent groups including prospective students and donors, alumni and friends.
The Director of Corporate Relations will understand the mission, needs and value proposition of the university and Fisher College of Business and build relationships with companies to increase philanthropic support. They will work collaboratively with the Office of Career Management, College Centers of Excellence, Executive Education, Academic Departments and administrative offices, to foster strategic partnerships and increase investment by external funders in support of institutional priorities of Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Corporations will be identified by listening for opportunities to align their interests and passions with opportunities to invest in the university. The aim of the role is to actively manage a portfolio of companies to be asked for gifts of $100,000 and above.

The Senior Director of Prospect Development oversees the Prospect Development team and supports university-wide fundraising activities via best practices in research and prospect management. They lead full application and integration of research and prospect management resources; set priorities, goals and vision for the prospect development team; drive innovation in the field of prospect development by monitoring industry trends and creating a best-in-class program; collaborate with Advancement colleagues to create and implement organizational strategies that ensure effective utilization of prospect development resources; drive change and continuous improvement across the organization by focusing on the application of data analytics and data-driven decision-making; builds strategic partnerships and participates in various Advancement initiatives.
