Chris Delisio, Assistant Vice President of Development

“At Ohio State, all things are possible. I see it happening around me every day. When people ask me what I do, I usually say I work with individuals. I work with people who are invested in creating tangible, positive outcomes, and I connect those people with Ohio State to leverage their passion and their resources into meaningful change.”

Chris was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Development from a chief advancement officer in the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. He is motivated, and moved, by the generosity of Ohio State’s donors. In a previous position he held at Ohio State, Chris helped raise funds for The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute’s new building.

“When I toured the new hospital for the first time, it was tremendous to see what happens when generosity and ingenuity come together. It’s a privilege to work with donors who are creating such important change, and to have played a small role in changing lives—that’s why I work here.”
